Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Recruit, hire, and retain employees for the warehouse and production line
• Complete new hire paperwork
• Ensure staffing levels are in line with seasonal volume fluctuations
• Manage temp agency vendors as necessary

Compensation & Benefits Administration:
• Organize and execute employee enrollment in benefits for new hires
• Coordinate and conduct open enrollment annually for all employees
• Manage various benefit vendors as necessary
• Understand healthcare laws and regulations
• Handle other administrative duties as needed

Management Development & Training:
• Analyze and improve onboarding and training programs
• Develop supervisor skills through coaching and training
• Implement and oversee performance management program
• Lead talent development initiatives

Employee Services & Engagement:
• Field employee questions and escalate issues when necessary
• Understand and communicate company policies and benefits
• Investigate employee complaints/issues and resolve disputes

Safety & General Compliance:
• Understand workers’ compensation program and process
• Manage workers’ compensation vendors as necessary
• Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA regulations

• 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources,
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or HR preferred
• Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent communication and administrative skills
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Personal effectiveness/credibility
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
